Arinac composition:
Arinac is composed of pseudoephedrine and ibuprofen. The tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that checks hormonal levels in the body which induce pain and inflammation. It also acts as a decongestant and compresses the dilated blood vessels to clear out nasal congestion.

Precautions
Individuals consuming the medication are said to monitor gastrointestinal and renal functions. An ECG must be performed before consuming this medicine to exclude ductal dependent congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension. Lung pressure was examined for cause of hypoxemia. Caution is taken in cases of infection.
Contraindications
This medicine should not be used in the case of hypersensitivity to aspirin and ibuprofen, or any other NSAID. It is also not prescribed in the case of active bleeding, gastrointestinal disorders, severe kidney impairment, thrombocytopenia (low levels of platelets),life threatening infections, and other coagulation disorders, necrotising enterocolitis (severe infection of colon), liver diseases, high billirubinemia (high levels of billirubin in the blood),and congenital heart diseases.

Administration:
This drug is mostly taken orally (through the mouth). The dose is adjusted according to age, condition and disease severity. Consult your physician before use. This drug is not consumed by children under 3 months of age or less than 5 kg.

Please inform your healthcare provider about the use of this drug during pregnancy. There is no proof that this drug passed through breast milk. Inform your health care provider before taking this medicine.
